All on 4 treatment is a fast and effective treatment method, which is preferred especially in edentulous patients, in order to eliminate conditions that require advanced level of surgical procedures due to sinus lift, bone addition and bone insufficiency. All on 4 is a tailor-made treatment procedure performed after the patient’s jaw and mouth conformity is approved. It is a technique in which, after treatment planning, a fixed full-chin denture is applied on 4 or 6 dental implants with a surgical operation on the same day.

After the application, patients regain their former comfort in terms of aesthetics and functionality. The lack of self-confidence experienced as a result of aesthetic concerns in chewing, speaking and smiling is also regained in a short time. Before the treatment, individually designed temporary prostheses are prepared according to the size taken from the patient. If there are teeth that need to be extracted, they are pulled and implants are placed in the jawbone with a surgical operation to be performed under local anaesthesia. Then, individually produced temporary prosthesis is attached, allowing the person to spend this period in maximum comfort until permanent prostheses are attached.
